The story
From HGV driver to full-time property maintenance
Francis spent many years as an HGV driver. Alongside the long hours on the road, he was renovating and maintaining his own properties, and family and friends were always asking for his help with their repairs.
He wanted a better work-life balance, and he already had the practical skills, so he turned them into a full-time business. Crown Property Services was born in Dunstable, where Francis is based on Sandringham Drive.
Today he helps homeowners and landlords keep their properties sound, safe and looking cared for, without the hassle of chasing different trades or dealing with a salesman who never comes back.
