About us
Crown Property Services is a sole-trader business run by Francis McDonagh, Sandringham Drive, Dunstable, LU5 5UP.
Quotes
Quotes are free and given from photos or a site visit. A quote is based on the information available at the time. If hidden problems are found once work starts, you will be told before any extra work goes ahead.
Carrying out the work
All work is carried out by Francis McDonagh. Start dates are agreed with you and may move because of weather or circumstances outside our control.
Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (BACS) or cash. Card payments are not accepted. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote.
Guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed on roofing, fencing and brickwork projects. The guarantee covers workmanship, not damage from misuse, accidents, extreme weather or work carried out by others.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance up to £100,000.
Waste
Waste from your job is removed and disposed of legally. We are a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (licence CBDU430346).
